-We require signature for items priced $150 and over. If you select “No Signature Required” Sarbani New York will not be liable for any loss, stolen or damage caused after the items are delivered by the shipping company.

-For customers in CANADA :  We are not responsible for any delays, taxes and duties incurred at the time of shipment.

At Sarbani New York, we want you to be happy and pleased with your purchased item(s), however if you’re unsatisfied we will happily accept unworn and undamaged merchandise with tags attached and in their original packaging within 10 days from the day you receive your order.

**PLEASE NOTE: Personalized, Custom-made and FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.

-Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

– We inspect our items carefully before we ship, however if the item arrives damaged we will be happy to replace your item within 10 days from the day you receive your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged.

-For pre-paid return label please contact our customer service using “Contact us” form.

-Kindly retain the tracking information for your records if returning an item.

-We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your packages.

-You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice. The return postage charge will be deducted from your refund.
